New hosts announced for the 25th Oasis Ball and Campaign Brief WA Awards on Friday night
Nine’s Sylvia Jeffreys (Today Extra) and Alex Cullen (Today) will make a surprise visit to Perth this Friday to host the Oasis Ball and Campaign Brief WA Awards, replacing original MC’s Karl Stefanovic and Allison Langdon, after unforeseen circumstances impacted their original interstate travel plans.
Both Stefanovic and Langdon send their sincere apologies to all guests, the Oasis Committee and Salvation Army, with Stefanovic attending an important family event on Friday, and Langdon required to remain in Sydney for a filming commitment.
Jeffreys and Cullen have quickly stepped in and are both looking forward to visiting Perth to host their very first Oasis Ball for its very special milestone anniversary.
Nine is also offering a special fundraising auction item on the night for two people to meet-and-greet Stefanovic and Langdon at the Today Show studios in Sydney later this year, with return business class flights, vehicle transfers and accommodation included.
The Oasis Ball is a sell out with almost 900 guests set to attend Perth’s biggest annual industry event, with the local advertising, communications and media industry set to celebrate and recognise achievements in the market in an extravagant ballroom setting. The event will also raise money for The Oasis Project, helping support the Salvation Army’s Youth Services WA.
