Join the PADC this Friday 28th for the 2025 AGM and first PADC-U-There event of the year

Last year, the Perth Advertising and Design Club (PADC) made some significant changes – a new leadership team and committee, a massive award show, and a successful podcast to boot. So, how else do we celebrate? With an Annual General Meeting, of course.

Join the team at Lawson Flats as they take members through the highlights of last year and showcase their planning and ideas for 2025. As part of the formalities, the club will be taking expressions of interest for this year’s committee and sub-committee, and announcing key roles and responsibilities for 2025.

“It feels like the whole industry was right there with us through 2024,” says Laura Vulling, PADC General Manager. “This Friday night is a celebration of everything we achieved as an industry last year, and a chance for the club to share early planning and ideas for 2025.”

To continue the celebrations, the Club is hosting their first PADC-U-There drinks at Luis’ Bar (upstairs at Lawson Flats) for members and non-members to bring in a new year of the Club.

This comes off the back of the year’s first PADCast going live, featuring Perth Design Week founders, David Smith and Sandy Anghie. The episode explores what’s on at this year’s festival, the future of Perth’s design scene, why we need stronger support structures around commercial creative networks — and why there’s a case for more design-focused quiz nights.
