JC Decaux’s Alycia Diggle takes out Carat’s Most Valuable Partner gong for Q1

Carat’s Most Valuable Partner (MVP) programme has named JC Decaux’s Alycia Diggle the Q1 2023 Western Australia winner.

Carat WA’s Chief Investment Director, Sam Giuffre, said: “Alycia has been an amazing support for our business and clients providing impeccable service since commencing her role with JC Decaux. With a thorough understanding of our clients, and someone who is always super-efficient and proactive, Alycia is a pleasure to work with for all of our staff.”

“Alycia’s passion and knowledge always shines through in the work she delivers and is a very well deserved winner of our Q1 award. Alycia is also the first dual winner of the Carat MVP award, a program which commenced at the start of 2022 recognising the fantastic work and support we receive from our media partners. We look forward to continuing the program throughout the year and continuing to recognise and reward our very important media partners.”

The programme kicked off for the second time earlier this year. Carat MVP gamifies the relationship between media agency and media owner, with Carat employees able to award points to media sales representatives recognising excellence across a variety of criteria from helping deliver great ideas, providing useful data and insights that demonstrates and an understanding of Carat’s clients’ challenges and importantly, being a pleasure to work with.

Across the year, Carat employees were able to award points to media sales representatives, with a total of 1000 points each quarter and were able to award the full quarter points to one sales representative or break up the quarterly points to reward multiple sales representatives.
