Initiative recognises Seven West Media’s Siahn Nardi as 2024 Media Partner of the Year

Initiative Perth has announced Siahn Nardi, Senior Account Manager, Seven West Media, as the 2024 winner of its esteemed Media Partner of the Year award. This prestigious award, now in its 11th year, recognises outstanding media partners who demonstrate exceptional collaboration, proactive work, and dedication to client success.

The Media Partner of the Year (MPOY) program is Initiative Perth’s commitment to fostering strong relationships with its media partners.

Brianna Wells, Initiative Head of Investment, Initiative Perth, said: “The winner is chosen from the 12 monthly winners, which are nominated each month on a set of criteria which align with Initiative’s values and the behaviours the agency seeks from its media partners.

“We shared the detailed criteria on the night, some of which includes proactive training, cross functional collaboration, contribution to the industry and relationships. The prestigious award is now in its 11th year and is a sought-after recognition across Perth’s dynamic media landscape.”

2024 Media Partner of the Year, Nardi, consistently exceeded expectations and was nominated for Media Partner of the Month a remarkable four times by different teams, highlighting her dedication and exceptional performance, throughout the year.

Wells continued: “Siahn is an absolute stand-out performer; she embodies what Initiative values and consistently delivers exceptional work. Her proactive approach, deep understanding of clients, and commitment to building strong relationships make her a worthy recipient of the MPOY award.”
