Giant new Mural Media and Cancer Council WA mural warns Perth to “see” invisible UV

Cancer Council WA has partnered with Mural Media and OMD WA to deliver its largest-ever out-of-home mural. The 11.5 metre high, 8 metre wide, hand painted SunSmart mural reads “If you could see UV, you would protect your skin.”

The mural sits prominently on the corner of Wellington Street and Sutherland Street, creating a striking new entryway into the Perth CBD. Positioned near RAC Arena the site offers great exposure to both passing traffic, city pedestrians and visiting tourists.

At street level, the artwork features an interactive silhouette designed to engage the SunSmart message in a tangible, social and shareable way.

“This is our largest mural to date – we love it, and the busy location provides maximum eyeballs! We’re really proud to work with Cancer Council WA to share such an important message this Summer, in such a high impact way,” said Andrew Fordham, Director at Mural Media.
