equ has expanded their leadership team with the appointments of Kristy Sachse as Head of Strategy, Ruth Leach as Head of Client Strategy and Engagement and Jean-Michel Charette as Chief Growth Officer.

Sachse (pictured left) brings over 24 years of experience in digital transformation, strategy, and design. Her expertise lies in applying collaborative, human-centred design techniques to develop solutions that deliver measurable results. By focusing on lean and agile methodologies and seamlessly integrating them with a full-spectrum design thinking approach, Sachse is poised to add significant value as we refine our strategic direction and elevate the services we offer to our clients.

With over 19 years of experience across digital strategy, transformation, and customer experience, Leach (pictured middle) is a seasoned leader with a proven record of driving impactful results. She has led major enterprise platform builds for top Australian brands across industries such as automotive, finance, insurance, telco, retail, and FMCG. Her deep knowledge in marketing automation, CRM, and omnichannel strategies will be instrumental in enhancing client relationships and delivering exceptional digital solutions.
