Distl elevates Andrea Sexton and Georgia Treacy + welcomes Tom Porter from the UK

Distl has continued its strong momentum into 2025 with two internal promotions and an external hire, expanding its capability across account management and web development.

Andrea Sexton (above left) has been promoted from a Senior Account Manager to Account Management Service Lead. Sexton has the longest tenure of any Distl Account Manager, during which she has shown a relentless dedication to service excellence on Distl’s largest digital marketing clients. Known for her exceptional client relationships and rigorous quality standards, Sexton will now oversee Distl’s entire digital account management team, ensuring clients receive consistent, unparalleled service and undeniable value as the agency continues to grow.

Georgia Treacy (above centre) advances from Web Support to Developer, marking an impressive career trajectory since joining Distl directly from TAFE. Treacy’s professionalism, initiative, and rapid skill development have set her apart from day one. Having efficiently managed Distl’s web support and hosting services, Treacy now officially joins the expanding development team, contributing directly to modular and custom web projects.

Finally, Distl welcomes Tom Porter (above right), who joins the team as the Web Solutions Manager following his move from England where he successfully ran his own agency, Brand Atomic. With over a decade of industry experience, Porter brings extensive expertise in web strategy, project management and team leadership. His appointment significantly enhances Distl’s web offering, as he assumes responsibility for web support operations as well as stepping in to a project management capacity. With an expanding web team, Porter’s addition will ensure timely and effective management of projects for Distl.
