Distl announces three new hires and the internal promotion of Jelena Giglia

Distl has announced the promotion of Jelena Giglia and the addition of Olivia Tan, Roman Karachevtsev and Kate Paratore to its team.

Distl welcomes Olivia Tan (pictured mid left) as their new Social Media Strategist. With an impressive background in the marketing and advertising industry, Tan has previously held key roles as a Senior Marketing Executive at MayBank, the top bank in Malaysia, and as a Senior Account Manager at Lion & Lion. Her extensive experience includes working with global brands like Jeju Tourism, spanning various industries such as finance, tourism, education, hospitality, and retail.

Roman Karachevtsev (pictured mid right) joins the agency’s web team as Web Developer. With a rich background in web development, Karachevtsev brings with him almost 11 years of valuable experience from his previous role at Media on Mars, an esteemed advertising agency in North Fremantle. His expertise and skills are set to elevate Distl’s web offerings.

Kate Paratore (pictured left), Distl’s new Brand Strategist, brings nearly two decades of experience in brand and marketing management. Her contributions to companies such as HBF, RAC, Crown Perth, Silver Chain, Ventura Home Group, Fremantle Football Club, Link Residential Group, Sky TV, Transport for London, and Royal Bank of Scotland have been remarkable, and her consulting services have proven instrumental in driving success for various brands across Australia.

Furthermore, in recognition of her exceptional contributions and growth during her nearly 2-year tenure with Distl, Jelena Giglia (pictured right) has been promoted to the position of Web Team Lead. In her new role, she will lead the web team to new heights while continuing to deliver outstanding results for clients. Giglia will take on this new role while continuing her role as Senior Web Project Manager.
