Dapth adds senior project leader Pete Boston to their digital team as Project Management Lead
Dapth has appointed Pete Boston as its new Project Management Lead, strengthening the company’s growing delivery and operations team as it continues to expand its digital capabilities.
With more than 20 years of project management experience across Australia and the UK, including nearly a decade at The Brand Agency – Boston (pictured left) brings deep expertise in delivering large-scale digital projects across sectors such as property, financial services, healthcare, and government.
“My initial impression of Dapth was that of a fast-moving company positioning itself for significant success, and joining the team has completely validated that impression,” said Boston. “I’m genuinely impressed by Dapth’s ambition and trajectory – it reminds me of the highly successful agencies I worked with in the UK during their critical growth phases.”
In his new role, Boston will focus on refining Dapth’s project management framework, strengthening delivery consistency, and ensuring both clients and internal teams have clear visibility and alignment across every stage of a project.
“Enhancing the delivery process to ensure smooth outcomes for every client is my main focus,” he said. “That and providing the business with transparent oversight across all projects.”
Dapth Founder and Director Phil Allen (pictured right) said Boston’s appointment reflects the company’s commitment to building a world-class digital delivery function.
“We’re continuing to grow our capability and capacity at pace, and Pete’s leadership brings an elevated level of structure, clarity, and client focus that aligns perfectly with Dapth’s next stage of growth,” Allen said.
Boston’s background in design and UX, combined with his ability to translate technical detail into clear, client-friendly communication, makes him a strong addition to Dapth’s multidisciplinary team.
Outside of work, Boston is a keen runner, musician and cricketer – even coaching his son’s team to a Northern Suburbs Grand Final win in 2024.
