Creative.adm hosts an empowering Personal Branding Workshop with Clontarf Foundation students in partnership with Hawaiian

Last week, Creative.adm hosted a Personal Branding Workshop with a group of inspiring Year 10 students from the Clontarf Foundation.
The workshop was delivered in collaboration with long-term client Hawaiian, whose strength lies in connecting people and creative opportunities – and it’s thanks to that spirit this session came to life.
Over the course of the workshop, students were introduced to the fundamentals of crafting their personal brand. They were encouraged to reflect on who they are, how they want to be perceived, and how to shape their personal brand with intention as they prepare for life beyond high school. A highlight of the session was an introduction by Hawaiian’s COO Beau Waters, who brought along his 2006 premiership medal and guernsey.
The Clontarf Foundation does incredible work supporting the education, discipline, life skills, self- esteem and employment prospects of young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men.
“It was so inspiring to see the way the students showed up – open, engaged, and willing to share their stories. I feel really proud we could play a small part in helping them think about their next chapter. Huge thanks to the Clontarf Foundation for the work they do right across Australia, and to Hawaiian for bringing us together to make this session happen,” said Marty Shearwood, Director at Creative.adm.
Hawaiian is a proud supporter of the Clontarf Foundation, with this workshop reflecting their commitment to giving back to the Western Australian community. It’s one of several initiatives focused on creating meaningful opportunities for young people to grow in confidence and thrive.
“I’m incredibly proud of the Hawaiian team for bringing this collaboration to life. It’s a privilege to be part of a great team, doing meaningful work, united by a shared belief in backing the next generation. Thank you to our partners for making it happen — and to the young men who showed up with honesty, and heart.” said Beau Waters, Chief Operating Officer at Hawaiian.
