Creative.adm helps St John of God Health Care achieve AIM WA Pinnacle Awards recognition
St John of God Health Care has won a AIM WA Pinnacle Award for its innovative recruitment campaign, developed to address critical workforce challenges in the healthcare sector following the pandemic.
The campaign, created in partnership with Floreat-based independent creative agency Creative.adm, successfully attracted healthcare professionals from across the globe by showcasing St John of God Health Care’s compassionate culture, career opportunities and unwavering commitment to clinical excellence.
Combining on-the-ground events in the UK and Ireland with targeted digital, PR strategies and a national TVC campaign, created in collaboration with ThinkBox Media and Fisheye Production, the initiative successfully recruited over 1,600 healthcare professionals.
The brand-led campaign “We’ll care for you, so you can care for others” marked a turning point, positioning St John of God Health Care as a leader in healthcare recruitment and highlighting the organisation’s mission to deliver exceptional care.
