Claire Aindow appointed permanent CEO of equ

equ, Perth’s leading digital consultancy, has appointed Claire Aindow as its permanent Chief Executive Officer. Aindow has been serving as acting CEO since mid 2024, and spent the previous six years as Chief Financial Officer.

Aindow’s extensive financial experience, consultancy background and deep understanding of the digital landscape have been instrumental in positioning equ for continued growth. Her appointment marks an exciting new chapter for equ as it continues to expand its reach and services across Perth and beyond.

Warren Gibbs, equ’s Founder, and long-term CEO, said he will move into a brand ambassadorial role, focusing on promoting and elevating the equ brand and building key partnerships. In this new capacity, Gibbs also plans to explore a range of strategic products and projects, locally and internationally, widening equ’s capabilities, network and influence.
