Chicken Treat and &Partners sneak up on chicken lovers to promote new Stingin’ Maple range
When your advertising budget is a fraction of your international fast-food foes’, you’ve got to make every second on screen count. &Partners and Chicken Treat’s new campaign for their Stingin’ Maple range certainly does that – for one second in particular.
The campaign promotes Chicken Treat’s sweet but savage Stingin’ Maple sauce, which is available in a burger range as well on Crunchified and Boneless Chicken.
Chicken Treat Head of Marketing, David Harrison, said: “The great thing about being Chicken Treat is we can – and must – challenge accepted quick-service-restaurant conventions. When it comes to marketing, the same applies. We can’t afford to be expected, and that’s why this work is so right for the product and the brand.”
&Partners produced the film elements (TVC, Online, Cinema) in partnership with Siamese, Cue Sound, DOP Patrick O’Sullivan, and food stylist Ursula Nairn.
“It may only be 15 seconds, but there’s a few hundred years of craft in that 15 seconds! Everything from the food styling to the sound design allowed our collaborators to give their disciplines a good push. We are privileged to have partnerships with these people.” Said &Partners Creative Directors Bryan Dennis and Dav Tabeshfar.
Chicken Treat is part of the Craveable brands portfolio which includes Red Rooster and Oporto.

I love this work. It doesn’t take itself too seriously, like it shouldn’t and it’s spot on for the audience. Well done Bryan & Dav.
I kinda knew it was coming, but it still made me do a little wee.
