Carat Perth announces JCDecaux’s Alycia Diggle as the winner of its MVP program for WA for Q2

Carat has gamified the media partnership experience, giving employees the chance to award sales representatives with points every quarter to recognise the tremendous effort, support, and role they play on behalf of their agency.

Each staff member has 1,000 points in the quarter to issue for service, product, proactiveness, value and performance.

With over 16,500 points awarded by the Carat Perth team in Q2, JCDecaux’s Alycia Diggle has earned the title with more than 2,500 individual points. As reasons for her strong score the team quoted Diggle’s eagerness to understand client business challenges on a deeper level so media solutions were aligned, along with her ability to think outside the box.

“Alycia only commenced with JCD on the Carat business in December 2021 and in a short time has availed herself to our team and carried out an immense amount of work to understand category insights to support her recommended solutions. Alycia always bounces into the office with a huge grin and is genuinely interested in supporting our agency and client outcomes,” said Michelle Testa, Client Partner, Carat Perth.

Damien Bodestyne, State Sales Manager, JC Decaux, said: “It is no small feat to uproot your life, move to a new State and start working in a different team – not only has Alycia made this jump, but she is absolutely excelling as proof with the Q2 Carat MVP win, all within her first 9 months. Each market has its intricacies, and she has hit the ground running here in WA, Alycia is a fantastic asset to the Perth JCDecaux team.”

As WA winners, both Luke Kevin, Nova Entertainment, and Diggle are now in the running to win a trip to South by Southwest in Texas in 2023.
