The Marketforce Group has announced the promotion of Brannon Heath to Head of OMD WA.
Heath returns to WA after 4 years out of the state, most recently as Head of Marketforce North in the Northern Territory and prior to that as International Account Director with Total Media in London.
Heath brings energy, passion, and commitment to leading OMD`s ambitions to deliver a multi-disciplinary approach to marketing communications.
Heath said: “I’m very excited about this new opportunity and dedicated to delivering the best media service and technology solutions for our clients. We will ensure our client’s messages reach the right audiences, at the right moments at the lowest cost.
“We have an amazing team and unparalleled experience with the support of Kevin and Jodie, enabling us to provide the most diverse media agency offering in the market”.
Heath’s first task has been to expand the agency’s digital and technology capabilities. He has already made two key hires in James Porteous (Digital Director) and Tyson Spenseri (Performance Manager). The two have made an immediate impact on the business with new campaigns delivering significant ROI for clients.
Marketforce Group CEO Adam Marshall, said: “I am over the moon to have someone of Brannon’s caliber and experience leading the team at OMD WA. Brannon’s experience in Darwin and London has fine-tuned his media and management skills. He is the future of a new generation of media leader in our industry. The combination of Brannon, Kevin Rapose and Jodie Traynor is the holy trinity of media excellence. Too many Perth media agencies are led by people who have never planned or bought media in their lives. Brannon is the real deal, a media weapon.”

By that logic, what about a Perth creative agency led by people who have never developed or shepherded an ad proposition in their lives? Perhaps, alongside the holy trinity, they rely on divine intervention.
Congrats Brannon and well done on the move from Darwin to Perth. Not sure if – in the new post Josh blog post era of love and respect on the blog – if we need to be sledging our competitors though. Glass houses and all that.
