ARN’s InspHERation Series unlocks the power of personal branding at 2025 event

ARN’s InspHERation Series returned for its fourth year, uniting Perth’s media agency community to explore “Unlocking the Power of Your Personal Brand.” The annual event is designed to inspire, empower, and spark meaningful conversations for women across the industry.
The event featured an interview with Georgia Love, broadcast journalist, podcaster, and entrepreneur, who shared candid insights about how she builds an authentic personal brand in the public eye.
Love reflected on her career journey through journalism, television, and business, offering practical advice on how to stay true to personal values while creating a professional identity that resonates with audiences.
This year’s panel featured three of Perth’s influential agency leaders: Jodie Allen (Group Director, Match & Wood WA), Molly Trumble (Client Advice & Comms Design Director, Initiative WA), and Jodie Garner (Planning Director, Hearts and Science WA).

Moderated by ARN’s Jessica Steliou, the discussion explored how cultivating a personal brand can be a cornerstone of long-term career success. Molly Trumble spoke about how personal branding is not just external but internal, how leaders can use it to set a tone of integrity, creativity, and collaboration within their teams.
Jodie Allen highlighted the importance of adaptability, sharing how refining and evolving her personal brand helped her navigate different roles and leadership opportunities in a changing industry.
Jodie Garner emphasised the value of visibility and confidence, encouraging women to take ownership of their expertise and advocate for themselves in rooms where decisions are made.
The panellists offered attendees practical tools for strengthening their personal brands, from defining their unique professional narrative to finding platforms to amplify their voices.

Jessica Steliou, ARN Agency Account Director and curator of the InspHERation Series, said: “There is something truly electric about being in a room full of women who are not only ambitious, but also deeply supportive of one another. Every year, InspHERation leaves me feeling uplifted and inspired, and this year was no exception.
“Exploring the power of personal branding gave us the chance to really unpack what it means to own who you are and to show up with confidence. Hearing our panellists bring that to life through their own experiences was incredibly powerful. I’m so proud of how this event has grown bigger and better each year, and the community we’re building together.”
Aaron Bryant, ARN’s Agency Sales Director, added: “The InspHERation Series has become a standout event on the Perth calendar, and it’s a fantastic opportunity for the ARN team to connect with our clients in a meaningful way. This year’s focus on personal branding delivered practical takeaways people can put into action straight away; while also shining a light on the incredible talent and leadership we have in our local industry.”
Now in its fourth year, InspHERation has cemented itself as a platform for women in Perth media to share stories, build networks, and walk away with strategies they can use to shape their careers. This year’s focus on personal branding left attendees energised to embrace their unique strengths and lean into the opportunities ahead.
