AdSocial launches chatbot marketing campaign with Floreat Forum for Coles Local store

Social media marketing agency, AdSocial, has partnered with Floreat Forum to launch an innovative chatbot marketing campaign for the newly revamped Coles Local store. This campaign achieved remarkable success, driving a 1700% increase in brand conversions.

Floreat Forum, a longstanding AdSocial client, has leveraged chatbot marketing for three years with outstanding results. Their latest collaboration with Coles Local offers shoppers a chance to win a $250 Coles shopping voucher. The chatbot, meticulously designed by AdSocial, guides users through a personalised shopping experience on Facebook and Instagram, highlighting the diverse new offerings at Coles Local.

Showcasing local produce, Coles Local features freshly baked goods from Mary Street Bakery, decadent brownies from Fatboi Brownies, and top-quality meats endorsed by Buy West Eat Best. The interactive entry form on Facebook Messenger presented a scrollable gallery of these items, collects subscriber information, and prompts users to submit a proof of purchase via mobile photo for their chance to win their next grocery shop, on Coles.

This innovative approach replaces traditional landing pages with dynamic conversion reminders, encouraging in-store visits through sequenced and time-delayed follow-ups. This strategy achieved a phenomenal 99% click-through rate across each touch point and no less than 83% on remarketing messages delivered via Facebook Messenger.

Lynne Vaswer, Marketing Manager at Floreat Forum, said: “This campaign has revolutionised how we engage with our customers. The personalised touch and seamless interaction have set a new standard for our marketing efforts.”

Amberlea Henriques, CEO of AdSocial, added: “We are excited to bring this cutting-edge technology to Coles Local and witness the impressive results it delivers. This partnership marks a significant milestone in retail marketing innovation.”

This campaign aimed to:
• Maximise Engagement: Through an interactive competition to encourage in-store shopping and social media interaction.
• Data Collection: Collect data via Messenger and email subscribers to build a comprehensive customer database.
• Increase Social Media Followers: Boost Facebook follows by creating a robust online presence and engagement.
• Reward Shoppers: Offer incentives to shop at Coles Local with the opportunity to win one of four $250 gift cards.
