303 lands spot on WA State Government media strategy and buying panel in major win

As reported by Campaign Brief WA on Wednesday 303 was announced this week as one of the five media agencies appointed to the Western Australian Government’s Common Use Arrangement (CUA) panel for media strategy and buying.

The appointment is a major coup for the agency. Officially announcing the news Sue Squillace, CEO Attivo Group, 303 and Mediahub said the selection reflects the agency’s proven expertise across both the government and not-for-profit sectors, where it has delivered a range of award-winning behaviour change and media strategy campaigns.

“As a business with a long history and deep roots in Western Australia, the entire team at 303 Mediahub Perth is incredibly excited to be appointed to the WA Government CUA panel for Media Strategy and Buying,” said Squillace.

“The appointment is a reflection of our ability to be agile, collaborative and apply our broad media capabilities across a wide range of campaigns and issues. As a truly integrated business that has already worked closely with the WA Government, 303 (powered by Mediahub) Perth is looking forward to extending our relationship and working alongside other agency partners. We can’t wait to get started.”

Kylie Macey (pictured left), General Manager of 303 and Mediahub Perth, said the appointment carries particular significance for the local team.

“Given 303 was founded in Western Australia and has such a strong connection with the State, this is a significant appointment for our Perth-based team. It recognises our outstanding local media capability and our proven ability to reach and engage WA communities.

“Our focus will be on delivering effective, accountable and evidence-based media strategy and buying. Combined with our strong experience working with the WA Government across a range of campaigns and portfolios, we’re proud to be part of this important panel.”

Founded in Western Australia in 1991, 303 has grown into a national agency while maintaining strong ties to its home state. The agency continues to work across government, not-for-profit and commercial sectors throughout WA and nationally.

303 Perth Chief Strategy Officer Matt Oakley (pictured right) said the appointment enables the agency to further strengthen its integrated offering to government clients.

“We couldn’t be more delighted to be appointed and build on the media strategy work that 303 has been using to integrate behaviour change thinking in the public sector, while also taking responsibility for final media placement. It now means we can provide a full-service offering to government agencies and can’t wait to get started.”
