Kleenheat has entered the home solar and battery market in Western Australia with Kleenheat Spark; a one-stop digital platform designed to make buying solar and battery systems simpler, clearer and more accessible for local households.

 

Juicebox served as Kleenheat’s design and technology partner for the venture, supporting the delivery of the Kleenheat Spark brand and identity, user experience design and underlying platform build.

Kleenheat Spark brings together everything a customer needs in one place, replacing what is often a weeks-long research process with a guided experience that provides tailored recommendations, quality products, verified installers and upfront pricing, including available rebates. Juicebox shaped this into a seamless, trustworthy platform experience that reflects Kleenheat’s long-standing commitment to clarity, value and simplicity.

To support Kleenheat’s expansion into the solar and battery market, Juicebox collaborated with Kleenheat to name Kleenheat Spark and create the visual identity, as a sub-category extension of the Kleenheat masterbrand. Before evolving the design system into a digital-ready framework that gives the new product category its own contemporary expression while remaining true to the distinct and well known Kleenheat brand.

From naming through to experience design, Kleenheat Spark was shaped to help households navigate a crowded and often confusing market. The platform design prioritises clear pathways, intuitive comparisons and simple interactions so customers can understand their options within minutes and feel confident in their decisions.
