9News Perth reporters Erin Harwood, Owen Leonard and Paddy Sweeney recognised at the WA Football Media Guild Awards
9News Perth has been rewarded for their outstanding coverage of football, taking home four coveted categories at the WA Football Media Guild Awards last night at Optus Stadium.
9News Perth’s sport reporter, Erin Harwood was duly acknowledged as the “Emerging Talent” for her continued rise in the industry while sport reporter, Owen Leonard claimed the WA Football Commission Umpiring Award for his important story on umpiring abuse.
Paddy Sweeney was judged to have delivered the Best TV match report and also received the Best TV feature story for Adam Selwood’s compelling and heartfelt tribute to his twin brother Troy.
