Marketforce Digital accelerates growth with expanded services and strong credentials

Eighteen months after a pivotal leadership change, Marketforce Digital has rapidly evolved into one of Western Australia’s fastest-growing digital agencies. Led by Jon Clarke, Milo Radunski, Rikki Burns and Claire Reinecke, the agency has expanded its capabilities, added key credentials and delivered digital work for a mix of government, national and local clients.

The team recently welcomed four new specialists: Claire Reinecke as Head of Technical Consulting, Rikki Burns as Digital Creative Director, Andrew Greenhill as Software Engineer, and Megan Phelan as Digital Project Manager. Each brings deep expertise and fresh perspectives to the team.

Reinecke brings over 15 years of experience across the UK and Australia, specialising in solution architecture, digital strategy, and mar-tech. As Head of Technical Consulting, she’s already delivering measurable impact for WA clients.

Burns, formerly part of Marketforce’s creative team, adds a unique mix of traditional and digital expertise. Her work with major brands and recognition at the London International Awards (LIA) and PADC highlight her creative leadership, driving omnichannel innovation, and standout user experiences.

Marketforce Digital offers a strong and broad suite of services, including Website and Platform Development, Innovation and Product Development, Digital Strategy and Organisational Transformation, UX and Accessibility Design, Digital Marketing and Communications, and Security and Maintenance. These technical services are seamlessly integrated with Marketforce’s broader creative capabilities spanning branding, content, video production, media, and strategic communications, in turn delivering clients a truly end-to-end solution.

This growth is driven by a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement, underpinned by a strong focus on security and compliance. The agency’s credentials reflect this commitment: Marketforce Digital is a WALGA Preferred Supplier, a member of the WA Government’s ICT Common Use Agreement (CUA) and holds ISO 27001 Certification for information security. The team also ensures WCAG Accessibility and PRIS Compliance, aligning with the WA Government’s Digital Strategy as standard practice.

These capabilities have enabled successful partnerships with a wide range of national and WA-based clients. Each project showcases the agency’s strength in delivering secure, user-centric digital solutions tailored to both public and private sector needs.

“Our expanded capabilities and credentials reflect our commitment to delivering best-in-class digital solutions that are secure, accessible, and strategically aligned with our clients’ goals,” said Clarke.

With strong momentum and a growing reputation for excellence, Marketforce Digital is well-positioned to continue helping clients across Australia navigate the digital landscape with confidence and clarity.
