Luna Laure joins Clockwork Films WA’s growing roster of directors

Luna Laure has joined Clockwork Films’ growing West Australian roster. An established WA filmmaker, Laure is known for her striking visual style and sharp storytelling instincts. Her work spans commercials, music videos, and documentaries, created in collaboration with brands and leading WA agencies.

 

Executive Producer Katie Trew, said: “The addition of Laure is another step in Clockwork WA’s commitment to nurturing bold creative voices in Western Australia. Luna brings a really unique perspective to her work, particularly with her approach to cinematography, art direction and movement. She creates deeply human stories told in such a unique way. I am super excited to team up with her to create new work for agencies and brands here in WA and beyond.”

Laure joins Clockwork WA’s roster alongside Mikey Hamer, cowboys, ARIA award-winning director James Chappell and rising talent Ben L’Aiguille. With a mix of established and emerging directors, the current roster reflects Clockwork’s focus on cultivating local talent while bringing world-class craft to the Perth market.

Together with Mikey Hamer, Jhaz Bullen-Williams, Duncan Wright and Producer Sydney Austen, Laure will direct a new film for GRID, a development program that connects emerging musicians from Perth’s outer suburbs with local filmmakers.
