equ has welcomed Paul Barrett to the team as Principal Consultant, Digital Transformation. He joins from Telstra Purple, where he served as General Manager of Business Development.

Barrett brings deep expertise across infrastructure, application development, cloud, data and analytics, security, DevOps, and human-centred design. This broad foundation positions him as a trusted advisor to organisations navigating complex transformation initiatives.

At equ, Barrett will partner with organisations to drive purposeful transformation — elevating digital customer experiences through intuitive products and improving operations through smarter systems and streamlined workflows.
