Jon Aindow and Louisa Tyson sign on with equ

equ has welcomed Jon Aindow as Sales & Marketing Director and Louisa Tyson as Digital Consultant. The new team members will support the continued growth of equ’s services and play an important role in shaping work with clients.

Aindow joins equ from his most recent role at Dapth, bringing broad experience across digital strategy, consulting, and commercial leadership. At equ, Aindow will help guide how they take services to market — supporting the evolution of their offering and ensuring equ continue to meet the needs of organisations across different sectors.

He’s known for bridging the gap between business objectives and digital potential — helping to clarify goals, understand challenges, and align the right mix of services to support long-term success. With experience spanning consulting, delivery, marketing, and platform implementation, Aindow will work closely with clients to align their goals with the right equ solutions.

“What drew me to equ was the genuine belief in doing things differently — not for the sake of it, but to truly help clients move forward,” said Aindow. “It’s exciting to join a team that’s grounded in strategy, but unafraid to challenge the status quo.”

Tyson joins equ as a Digital Consultant, focused on building new client partnerships. Her role is to support organisations as they explore how equ can help — by listening closely, understanding their needs, and connecting them with the right mix of services across strategy, UX, platform delivery, and digital marketing.

With a background in digital agencies, Tyson brings a wealth of experience, including roles at Southern Cross Austereo, Digital Loop, Seven West, and others, where she worked across integrated marketing, digital media, and client strategy. Her strength lies in building trusted relationships, asking the right questions, and helping clients take confident next steps.

“I’ve always been driven by helping clients uncover the why behind what they need — not just selling a solution, but working together to find the right one,” said Tyson. “Joining equ is an exciting step because that’s exactly how this team works — with purpose, clarity, and a strong reputation for trust in the market.”

Co-founder, Stephen Dodge, added: “As equ continues to grow, we’re building a team that understands both digital and people. Jon and Louisa bring a great mix of experience and energy, and we’re really pleased to have them on board as we continue to strengthen our partnerships and deliver meaningful outcomes.”
