WA-based mobile OOH startup Shiine goes programmatic with Hivestack integration

Perth-based digital out-of-home startup, Shiine Media, has officially launched its supply across Hivestack, enabling programmatic buyers to access its network of mobile digital billboards for the first time.
Shiine operates LED screens mounted on rideshare vehicles, delivering location-based campaigns as vehicles travel through high-traffic corridors across Perth. Its integration with Hivestack marks the first mobile DOOH offerings to become available programmatically in the Australian market.
“Making Shiine available programmatically has been a goal of ours since day one,” said co-founder Sean Wharton. “It’s a step that not only adds more flexibility for buyers, but also reflects how we see the future of outdoor.”
Founded in 2023, Shiine has focused on building a digital-led mobile network that pairs the proven impact of transit media with the flexibility of modern advertising. The platform enables zone-specific targeting, time-of-day creative control, and live impression tracking through its proprietary Shiine Intelligence system. Shiine continues to scale its presence, with inventory expected to become available on Vistar Media in the coming weeks.
“We’re still early, but this integration gives agencies a new way to plan, buy and measure outdoor media in WA,” said Wharton. “It opens the door for new kinds of campaigns – and for us, it’s a chance to grow into the broader ecosystem while keeping our medium founder-led and locally grounded.”
