KWP+Partners – Account Manager

As the Mid-Senior level Account Manager, you will be an integral part of the KWP+Partners Fremantle team, providing support to the Executive Director in delivering exceptional client service and contributing to revenue growth. You will assist in maintaining and nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and working with the team to execute world class campaigns.
At KWP+Partners we do things differently, working on projects rather than disciplines. You will be exposed to a variety of different briefs that require their own unique approaches to deliver a high level of outcomes. An exciting role that will expose you to a broad spectrum of agency services resulting in rapid growth of skills. We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team to project manage multiple jobs from start to finish including, but not limited to strategy, branding and production.

Core Duties:
As a member of the brand team:
• Embrace and uphold the KWP+Partners values and DEEP methodology while fostering collaboration within the team.
• Support the Executive Director in implementing the agency’s strategic planning and growth initiatives.
• Participate in representing KWP+Partners in client meetings and industry events under the guidance of the Executive Director.
• Effectively communicate agency briefs to the broader team ensuring collaboration through all departments.
• Build full knowledge of the agency’s offering, mission and vision.
The Account Manager plays a critical role in the success of KWP+Partners, including:
Client/ Project Management:
• Develop a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses, goals, and challenges.
• Support the development of strategic plans for clients, ensuring they align with the client’s goals
• Ensure clients’ expectations are well managed including, but not limited to, acknowledging emails in a timely manner, creating and managing timelines, WIP documents and check-ins, communicating any delays or issues before they become an issue.
• Be the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations.
• Proactively identify new opportunities to enhance client relationships, working closely with the Account Director.
• Monitor and report on the progress of each project, seeing it through from start to finish.
• Prepare and disseminate meeting notes, including creative feedback, next steps, timing updates and contact reports.
• Liaise with production partners/ suppliers/ media on campaign production and rollout
Financial / Administrative Management:
• Ensure agency systems and procedures are followed including opening and closing of jobs, preparing studio briefs, material instructions, timesheets, proofreading, archiving and scheduling.
• Communicate the financial performance of client accounts, flagging any issues and constantly communicating to the Executive Director to ensure they are profitable and meet KWP+Partners revenue targets.
• Manage budgets and forecasts for client accounts.
• Identify opportunities for incremental revenue and growth with existing clients, working closely with the Executive Director to bring these opportunities to life.
Skills:
• Strategy: You must have a knack for strategic thinking and be able to support our strategy team in developing strategic proposals and presentations that align with the client’s business goals.
• Communications: Excellent communication skills are essential for an Account Manager. They must be able to connect, empathise and help direct clients and team members alike.
• Client Management: Develop skills in understanding client perspectives and providing solutions that align with business goals and marketing objectives
• Financial Acumen: Be eager to learn about managing budgets and ensuring campaigns stay within financial constraints.
• Creative Problem-Solver: Embrace a problem-solving mindset and actively contribute ideas to overcome challenges.
• Time Management: Learn to prioritise task effectively and meet deadlines while assisting the team.

An opportunity exists to join our high performing internal marketing team as a Campaign Manager. We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional who will drive the strategy, planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across our 30 brands.
You will work closely with our internal team of experts (UX/UI, web devs, graphic designers, marketing automation specialists, content developers) to ensure campaigns are strategic, data-driven with consistent creative that is aligned with business goals.
This is an office based role working at our Canning Vale corporate head office, Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm. No working from home allowances are available.
Key responsibilities will include
• Campaign strategy, design and execution: Develop the campaign strategy across Own, Earned and Paid channels. Lead the development and execution of the targeted campaigns aimed at increasing client engagement and attracting new customers. This will require a proactive and hands-on approach to quickly pivot strategies based on real-time insights and feedback.
• Customer Experience: Craft exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels and touchpoints (digital, traditional, inbound and outbound sales)
• Brief writing: Create clear, concise and accurate briefs to guide technical, content and creative teams to deliver the various elements that underpin the campaign strategy, across multiple channels for an integrated campaign.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, managing and responding to requests and feedback to drive results.
• Paid advertising: Plan and oversee paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
• Liaise with external vendors, agencies, or partners who contribute to the campaign. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships to ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
• Data-driven decisions: Use historical and real time data to guide campaign strategy, monitor performance, and optimise future initiatives to achieve measurable results. Adjust tactics based on ongoing performance reviews and insights. Monitor and report on key performance metrics will include ROI, conversion rates, lead generation numbers, and engagement metrics across digital channels.
• Continuous improvement: Regularly evaluate campaign performance, adjusting strategies and tactics to stay on track with targets and budgets. Quick adjustments will be necessary to optimise for the best outcomes.
• Martech maximisation: Leverage the full Martech stack to ensure seamless platform operations and efficient campaign automation aligned to the campaign strategy and goals
• Collaboration and strategy: Work closely with the Marketing team, Internal & External Sales, IT, compliance and legals teams, whilst collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Team Mentoring & Leadership: Develop skills within the marketing team to improve specialist areas in content, coordination and creative applications.

• Formal education in a Marketing, Communications or other related field.
• 5-7+ years in integrated marketing campaign management, with a strong focus on digital platforms, ideally in an agency environment.
• Proven experience in campaign delivery across the full marketing mix, including paid digital campaigns. Experience in quickly developing and deploying campaigns will be essential.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies quickly.
• A creative problem-solving mindset and experience driving brand and content plans from concept through to execution.
• Developing marketing strategy and plans that exceed business goals
• Experience working within a digital agency, managing multiple brands and campaign styles is highly regarded.

As the Art Director, you will work directly with our Creative Director to take work from brief to finished production. Working across platforms such as Adobe Suite, and Figma.
