Heather Lawson set to join Nova Entertainment

Nova Entertainment has hired Heather Lawson as Group Sales Manager. In a newly created leadership position in the dynamic direct team, Lawson will also take on a dual role of managing a portfolio of direct key clients as well as leading and mentoring Nova’s team.

Lawson commences in January 2025, and will bring extensive leadership and media experience, with a proven track record of success in her recent role as Group Director at Match & Wood, as well as the impactful work she did with Initiative, where she served as Group Director.

Group Commercial Director Antonell Doyle said Lawson’s knowledge of the industry and demonstrated leadership will be invaluable assets to the team as they continue to grow and elevate their services.

She will work on the strategic direction of the direct team alongside Group Sales Director Josie Cooper and Group Sales Manager Simon Mikulich, along with the wider commercial leadership team led by Doyle and Nina Santella.
