About You
You will have a genuine passion for human-centric design and design thinking for product strategy, CX, UX, and UI design, with the ability to articulate the value of your designs and translate them into meaningful, practical solutions for our clients. An exceptional communicator, you will demonstrate experience in developing and facilitating engaging workshops and presenting confidently to clients. You will embrace an outcomes-driven culture and deep collaboration with other business areas.
The Role
As Senior Digital Product Designer, you will be required to drive the strategic direction of digital products, from understanding business requirements, conducting user research and analysis of insights, and translating that strategy into personas, user journeys, service design blueprints, site maps, wireframes, prototypes, and ultimately consolidating them into functional and engaging user interfaces, using design systems and libraries, ultimately delivering optimal value for our clients through a human-centered design approach.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Master your craft to improve the usability of digital products using design thinking and Lean UX techniques.
• Lead UX strategy for projects, ensuring quality and success on both small and large scales.
• Identify and deliver digital experience initiatives that enhance client performance.
• Develop user engagement strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders, from C-Suite executives to service delivery teams.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, including user interviews and A/B testing.
• Analyze data to surface insights that inform strategy and design decisions.
• Define user personas, journeys, service blueprints, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with Account Management and Project Management teams to mitigate risks and ensure project delivery on budget and timeline.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by sharing insights and learnings from projects.
Experience and Qualifications
• A minimum of 5 years experience in Digital Product Design, UX and UI design, preferably with start-ups, consultancy and/or Digital Agency experience.
• Someone who has a Design Thinking mindset and is passionate about problem-solving and human-centred design, who is capable of understanding business requirements and technical limitations.
• Proficient knowledge of workshop and documentation tools such as Optimal Workshop, Miro, Slickplan, and Google Docs.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe CC suite and Design Systems, from creation, and management to scale.
• A strategic problem solver who can understand business requirements and technical limitations.
• Ability to provide strategic leadership to our clients and the wider team.
• Experience with GenAI and understanding of Confluence and Jira is a plus.
