PADC announces Thinkerbell’s Adam Ferrier as Skulls Awards Chair of Judges

For this year’s Skulls Awards, hosted by the Perth Advertising & Design Club (PADC), Adam Ferrier is taking on the Chair of Judges role.

A creative powerhouse, Perth-born Ferrier is the co-founder of two incredibly successful, award-winning agencies, Naked Communications APAC and Thinkerbell. He’s also an author, co-host of Black T-Shirts podcast, and a regular media commentator on Sunrise, The Project, and Gruen.

“I’m stoked to be chairing the PADC Skulls, as it gives me a chance to swim in, and help recognise the very best of the Perth creative community,” says Ferrier.

“Perth is my hometown, and it’s a place that fosters optimism and a true creative spirit.”

This year’s PADC Skulls Awards, crafted by the club’s new leadership team, features a collection of first-time award categories with a diverse (soon-to-be-announced) judging panel to match.

Laura Vulling, PADC General Manager, said: “Having Adam chair the judging this year is a big deal for the whole industry. And, with new award categories, it was really important that we had a broad range of creative disciplines represented alongside him.”

These 30+ creatives will review the best work from Perth’s commercial creative industry, with winners announced at the PADC Skulls Awards ceremony on Friday, 15th November.

“There are many agencies and marketers doing brave, boundary-pushing work and I can’t wait to get amongst it,” says Ferrier.

For those entering the PADC Skulls Awards, entries close tonight (Friday, 23rd August) with a paid extension available until Monday, 26th August.
