TPP Global Productions delivers global customer stories for Xero: From Wanaka to New York

Perth-based TPP Global Productions has demonstrated its global reach by producing and photographing five captivating customer stories for Xero across diverse locations worldwide. From the stunning landscapes of Wanaka, New Zealand, to the bustling streets of New York City, TPP managed a seamless production that beautifully captured the essence of each featured business.

 

Given Xero’s global presence, it was crucial to engage stakeholders worldwide, necessitating live streams for the entire shoot. TPP enlisted a campaign director who remotely supervised each shoot from Cape Town, ensuring every location was filmed with precision and consistency, thereby maintaining a cohesive narrative.

Lauren Edwards, TPP’s Executive Producer, said: “The level of communication and meticulous planning during pre-production was crucial to the shoot’s success. We left nothing to chance, from equipment lists to narrative work, ensuring each video felt like part of a unified series.”

The content serves multiple purposes: initially created to highlight customer success stories, it was also repurposed into 15-second videos promoting Xero’s Beautiful Business Fund. The fund, running for the second year, aims to support small businesses globally.

Additionally, these stories were edited into a dynamic multi-screen event introduction video for Xerocon London and the upcoming Xerocon Nashville – Xero’s flagship partner events. The videos were designed to energize and engage the audience on massive screens.

“Attention to sound design was crucial in capturing the true essence of each story and bringing them to life,” added Edwards.

The final videos and photos will be gradually released over the coming months across various platforms, showcasing the work of TPP Global Productions and the impactful stories of Xero’s customers.
