Initiative Perth crowns ARN’s Jess Cameron 2023 Media Partner of the Year

ARN’s Jess Cameron has been crowned the winner of Initiative’s coveted Media Partner of the Year (MPOY) Award for 2023. The highly contested Award, which commenced in 2013, recognizes the exceptional efforts and collaborative media partnerships across WA’s close knit media industry.

At celebratory event held last week, Jess awarded Media Partner of the Year by Initiative’s Head of Perth, Paige English who cited Jess’ exceptional team collaboration as the key decider for her winning the top spot.

English said: “Perth’s thriving industry is exceptional and it becomes harder and harder to select our monthly winners. Initiative is proud to continuously champion media talent, the MPOY program has now been in action for ten years and enables us to celebrate our outstanding media partners.

“Jess is absolute star. From the onset, she has demonstrated a profound understanding of our client’s objectives and consistently aligned her efforts to meet them. She anticipates challenges; swiftly devises strategic solutions and regardless of time constraints, always maintains open lines of communication, ensuring projects run smoothly and deadlines are met.

The decade-long Awards program has provided Initiative with a platform to say thank you to their media partners, each year Initiative treat their monthly winners to a memorable experience. In past years Initiative have hosted gin making, swimming with Sharks at AQWA, V8 laps and for the 2022 & 2023 winners they went parasailing.
