Perth Is OK! shortlisted at national travel marketing award

WA-based independent media outlet Perth Is OK! has been nominated for another national media award, making the shortlist at this year’s 2023 Mumbrella Travel Marketing Awards for Publication of the Year.

 

The nomination puts them alongside respected national travel publications like Australian Traveller, Qantas Magazine and Newscorp’s Escape, and comes off the back of last year’s Website of the Year nomination at the Mumbrella Publish Awards.

Since launching in 2014 Perth Is OK! has become the go-to guide for travelers in Western Australia, with a focus on UGC and local knowledge from a dedicated team of contributors making it a trusted source for travel recommendations in the region.

Earlier this year Perth is OK! conducted a survey of over 30,000 respondents and found that more than 80% of their audience trusted the site’s recommendations and/or shared those recommendations with family and friends.

The awards will be held at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth on 17 August 2023 with PR, media, sales and marketing teams competing across 13 different awards.
