Carat Perth has made its first hire from the inaugural WA dentsu intern program in partnership with the University of Western Australia.
The UWA dentsu Placement Program caters for UWA Marketing Department students. Mae Dolan joins the Carat team this month and said about her academic and internship experience: “In 2021 I completed my studies at the University of Western Australia, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Political Science and International Relations and a Master of Marketing. During my time at UWA I was given the opportunity to Intern with Carat where I found particular interest in the digital media space. I am currently a Client Associate working in the digital team, with a specific focus on SEO and SEM tactics and analytics.”
Janine Harvey, Associate Director Brand and Marketing UWA, said about the program: “UWA is focused on providing career ready learning opportunities for all our students. The dentsu intern program is one of many which provide students participative experiences in a live environment and we thank Carat for providing our students this opportunity.
