NOVA Perth’s Siobhan Siegert takes on National Create Remit and Dave McClung officially moves to Perth Market Lead responsibilities

NOVA Entertainment has announced the appointment of Siobhan Siegert to the interim role of CREATE National Director – Campaigns, tasked with overseeing the campaign output of NOVA’s market-leading branded entertainment division.

 

Siegert will retain all leadership aspects of her current role as Head of CREATE West (Perth & Adelaide), with the addition of national responsibilities across the remaining three markets for the next 12 months.

Her strategic capability, commercial acumen and extensive leadership experience made Siegert an ‘obvious choice’ for the position, which is a maternity leave cover contract for Jaclyn Shaw.

Her interim remit as Director of Campaigns will include overseeing Strategy, Delivery, and NOVA’s award-winning Creative Services team nationally.

She will report into Kate Murphy as head of the wider CREATE division, which includes the additional functions of Insights, Trade Communications and Commercial Partnerships.

Since its inception, CREATE has consistently been one of the market’s most highly- regarded cross platform divisions, pioneering the branded entertainment space as a key driver of NOVA’s commercial performance.

In addition, with 15 years programming and leadership experience within NOVA Entertainment, Nova 93.7’s Program Director Dave McClung will officially take on the Perth Market Lead position, a role he has temporarily held since November 2019. Alongside her national responsibilities, Siegert will remain part of Perth’s commercial leadership team alongside Antonell Doyle (Commercial Director), Nina Santella (Head of Agency Sales) and Josie Cooper (Head of Direct Sales).
