Senior Account Manager Molly Trumble has resigned from Rare Connect: Hearts & Science to join Initiative. Trumble has been with Hearts & Science for a year and a half having moved there from over 4 years with OMD WA.
Media Director Joe Purdy has been at Carat for over 5 years and is leaving to join Rare Connect: Hearts & Science.

There is a massive shortage of media talent in this crazy busy Perth market. Expect to see people continuing on the merry go round as the various players poach from each other to ensure they have enough people to meet client demand. If clients want to keep the teams who know their business and have continuity of delivery then they need to be ensuring their media agency is well remunerated and that the same goes for the core people on their account.
Their futures are so bright, they both have to wear shades.
