Mentor Marketing announces the additions of Jamie Grindley and Joy Zhou to their team

Mentor Marketing has announced the appointments of Jamie Grindley to the role of Business Manager and Joy Zhou, who is joining the agency from London.

Grindley brings with him a wealth of knowledge, spanning 25 plus years in the industry, after having progressed up through the ranks of two of Australia’s most prominent media companies – Newscorp WA and Seven West Media.

Grindley said: “Having known the Mentor Marketing team for many years, I’ve always considered their team to be a standout within the industry, their knowledge, experience and professionalism is second to none. Having worked directly with the team, as Agency Advertising Manager at SWM, I’ve admired their drive for innovation and how well they have adapted to the significant changes in the industry over recent times. I think it’s an exciting time for the business and I’m looking forward to being a part of it.”

Zhou brings over six years of Programmatic specialist experience to Mentor Marketing, having worked in some of the industry’s largest Network agencies, including Dentsu and Mindshare Worldwide. Zhou’s experience spans agency, media and tech and brings breadth, as well as depth of experience to the team. Zhou’s arrival is set to further enhance the existing team of in-house traders perfectly and our overall programmatic offering, aligning perfectly with the growing demand for these services.
