In November Youngbloods brought back The Hard Sell – a free-to-enter creative competition for advertising students and juniors to sell the unsellable, judged by the industry’s best.

Wunderman Thompson Perth creative team Meg Watson and Jordan Ellis have taken out The Hard Sell Round 2. As winners they have won a year’s supply of Gage Roads beer (1 x carton per month for a year), plus the serious bragging rights of being crowned winners of the second inaugural Hard Sell competition.

The second brief asked participants to take WA’s iconic craft beer brand Gage Roads and sell it to Australia’s most stubborn traditional beer drinkers, answering the question of ‘how can we get this audience to embrace the varied and delightful flavours of craft beers?’.

After a record number of epic entries, all being of an incredibly high standard, the top three have been announced.
