As Senior Media Planner you will:
• Lead media strategy, planning, implementation, optimisation and reporting of campaign activity across all media channels.
• Work collaboratively with all teams across the agency to deliver truly integrated communications and solutions; and

THE ROLE: PRODUCTION STUDIO COORDINATOR
We’re on the hunt for a Production Studio Coordinator who can be the cornerstone of our operations—a Jack (or Jill) of all trades in the production world. From shooting captivating content on our LED wall to editing videos and orchestrating seamless studio shoots, you’ll have your hands in every stage of the production lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinating studio bookings and managing client expectations.
• Shooting high-quality content on our LED Video Wall for various projects.
• Editing video content to meet client specifications.
• Collaborating across departments for holistic content creation.
• Overseeing livestreams/podcasts and ensuring quality in virtual productions.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 2+ years of experience in a production role. (LED Wall training not necessary, we will provide virtual production training).
• Technical proficiency, particularly in shooting and video editing.
• Strong multitasking skills, balancing multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
• Outstanding communication skills; making both team members and clients feel understood.

Key responsibilities:
• Design innovative and compelling collateral such as flyers, brochures, events, competitions, podcasts, expo merchandise and so much more!
• Utilising approved concepts to execute designs across print and digital mediums.
• Producing EDM, display ads and social media assets
• Creating PPT presentation template collateral for internal stakeholder use
• Retouching and editing images
• Assisting at events and activations to promote the SWM brand
• Leadership Matters, Channel 7 Activations, Telethon, Channel 7 Christmas Pageant to name a few
• You will also assist the Senior Designer in required photo shoots, editing and general tasks.

About You:
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight timeframes
• Ability to remain on brief and adhere to strategic direction
• Have great time management and a sense of urgency
• Motivated and a positive attitude
• Are able to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Have leadership skills and a willingness to help manage and mentor the junior designers.

You Will Have:
• A qualification in Graphic Design/Visual Communication
• At least 3 – 5 years of experience Demonstrate competency across the entire Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
• Competency across Microsoft programs
• High level of attention to detail
• An understanding of hierarchy and design space in regards to campaign objectives.
• A strong understanding of the print production process
• A strong portfolio showing your ability to deliver in both print and digital mediums.

Highly Desirable:
• Premier Pro and After effects are not needed but are a bonus.
• Ability to create HTML5 ads is an attractive bonus
• Leadership skills
