Simonds Homes recruits Sam Kekovich and Gary Ablett Jr. to tackle housing affordability in new east coast campaign by AT and ZAC Creative
To debut their value $99,000 home, major Australian residential builder Simonds Homes has launched a new campaign starring footy legends Sam Kekovich and Gary Ablett Jr alongside Simonds founder, the legendary Gary Simonds.
Written by AT Creative, produced by Zac Creative and directed by Ross Tinney, with design and print by Strange Animals, the campaign was shot on location in Melbourne using local crew, and is currently rolling out across multiple states and channels including TV, print, POS, digital and social media.
AT Creative Director Andrew Tinning said: “It’s been great working with Simonds National Marketing Manager Daniel Senia and his team to bring their ‘Good One, Gary’ concept to life. In a tough market, they continue to innovate and find new ways to address housing affordability in Australia without compromising on quality in design and construction.”
This latest instalment marks the fifth campaign that the AT & ZAC Creative team has worked with Simonds on over the past 12 months, with number six currently in production.
