Rocky Bay releases ‘Find your Place’ workforce recruitment campaign

Rocky Bay is one of Western Australia’s largest disability health and community providers. Finding a strong and talented workforce in a competitive market has been challenge across the industry; specifically in allied health space.

 

The organisation’s new ‘Find Your Place’ recruitment campaign endeavours to attract allied health professionals – who share the organisation’s passion to enhance abilities and enrich lives – to uncover their potential at Rocky Bay.

The campaign is scheduled to run from 28 August 2022 for eleven weeks.

A professional actress portrays the central character in the campaign – who chooses to uncover her career potential with Rocky Bay – however the majority of the extras who appear in the television advertisement are Rocky Bay staff members and customers who volunteered their time to help make the ‘Find Your Place’ campaign a success.

The campaign was brought to life by Frank Carroll and Justin Griffiths.

Rocky Bay will launch its first television commercial in nearly a decade on Channel 9’s on demand service 9Now. The campaign will also appear on billboards and bus backs around the Perth metropolitan area, as well as on YouTube advertising and social media platforms.
