Perth Adland golfs for good at UnLtd Open raising $60K for children at risk

The second UnLtd Open golf competition in Perth has raised $60,000 for children and young people at risk. The event, kindly sponsored by Yahoo and oOh! Media, saw over 100 people across the Perth advertising industry swing for good at Wembley Golf Course.

 

Competitors were treated to surprises across the 18 holes, ranging from candy bars and coffee vans to music and entertainment by the 96FM crew.

Says Tia Brazier, General Manager WA at UnLtd: “What a great day of golf for good! It was fantastic to see so many people across the Perth media and marketing industry return to the event and also many new faces joining us this year. Big thanks to our sponsors and to all the players who joined us to swing and putt for good. The money raised will make a huge difference for young people at risk.”

After 18 holes of tight competition, it was Media Tonic who took home the trophy with Trilogy in second place and Rent coming third.

It was a terrific day – great turn out by the industry, great weather and a fantastic result that’s going to make a big impact for children at risk! Well done UnLtd!”

The other competing teams included 303 MullenLowe, 6iX, ARN, Bonfire, Carat, Domain, Foxtel, Initiative, JCDecaux, Limitless Studios, Longreach, Match & Wood, Network 10, Nine, Nova, OMD, oOh! Media, QMS, Rent, Seven West Media, Trilogy, UnLtd All Stars, Val Morgan and Yahoo.
