OKMG Perth appoints Martina Ellis as Director of Marketing and Jerome Lee as Creative Director

OKMG has welcomed two new directors as it grows into one of Perth’s leading full-service agencies. Both Martina Ellis and Jerome Lee join the agency after recently moving from Melbourne.


Following a series of projects and new client acquisitions, this is a move that cements the future-forward direction of OKMG, as a trustworthy and high impact next generation growth agency.

Ellis (pictured left) is taking on the newly created Director of Marketing role. Her track record speaks volumes through integrated, multi-channel brand marketing and digital solutions – highlighting her ability to drive ROI at every touchpoint of a brand’s growth journey.

Led by strategic thinking and agile working methods, she brings a wealth of achievements across FMCG and retail. Her success stories include brands such as Priceline Pharmacy, Decjuba and Blue Illusion.

Lee (pictured right) has joined the team as Creative Director after 12 years of leading campaigns, brand and digital experiences at global ad giant Havas and integrated agency James Phillip Design, both in Melbourne.

Backed by a hunger for insights, Lee’s ideation and storytelling nous has led to a colourful career spanning a wide range of industries, elevating engagement and advocacy for the likes of Mercedes Benz, Dilmah, Telstra, Danone and Pfizer.

Lee said: “Returning to Perth is like coming home to a new place. I feel an amazing buzz when meeting with clients and talking through the potential of ideas to inject fresh opportunities into their business strategy.”
