MITP hires Anais Randall and Robin Domondon

Anais Randall and Robin Domondon join MITP’s growing team. After 4 new hires joined the agency at the beginning of 2021, the two latest appointments expand their team to 27.

Randall (pictured left) joins from Wunderman Thompson, Perth where she was Account Manager for 2 years, working across the Western Power and Murdoch University accounts and non-for-profit organisation, Anglicare on ‘The Cold Campaign’. Prior to this she worked in London, UK across the Duracell and P&G accounts in digital communications.

In her new role at MITP, Randall will work alongside Co-Founder and Creative Director, Fraser Johnson and Co-Founder and Managing Director, Alex Paioff managing key clients of the agency including FOMO Freo, Intreft, The City of Fremantle and more.

Paioff said: “Having worked on some high-level accounts, Anais brings a lot of experience to the table. We’re already seeing her contribute great value to our partners and our processes as we scale. Her time at agencies both large and small will be invaluable, as MITP continues to grow whilst still maintaining both our high standards and agile way of working”.

Domondon (pictured right) joins from boutique agency, The Wonder Co where he was Marketing Assistant specialising in digital and social content creation for 2 years, working across the Presotea Australia, The Herdsman Market, BamBamBoo, and Chematek Australia accounts.

In his new role at MITP, Domondon will work with the MITP social and content teams to build out the MITP social and digital content offering, with Instagram Reels and TikTok specialisation, across all clients.

Paioff, said: “Robin’s experience in delivering engaging TikTok and Reels content for a wide range of clients is critical to ensuring MITP remains at the forefront of digital and social trends. The average Australian spends more time each day on TikTok than on Netflix, making this type of content an increasingly important component of a brands marketing mix”.

Johnson and Paioff say collectively: “MITP are stoked to have these two on- board, both Anais and Robin have already added value to our agency. With 6 new employees since the MITP rebrand in October of 2020, we are now an agency of 27 and are continuing to grow. We are really excited for the business to continue to expand, as we begin to work with new partners in Australia and internationally.”
