Mason Fleming returns to Marketforce Group as Head of Flare

Mason Fleming has returned to Marketforce Group to lead their in-house production company, Flare. With his experience in directing, editing, and producing, Fleming’s return marks an exciting new chapter for Flare and its commitment to authentic and engaging content creation.

 

Having joined Flare as its inaugural hire back in 2018 this is something of a homecoming for Fleming, who played an integral role in the company’s rapid growth. Now as Head of Flare, Fleming is enthusiastic about leading the team and continuing their nimble approach to producing unique and impactful content.

Fleming has directed numerous award-winning campaigns and projects for Flare, including the “Stop Umpire Abuse” content campaign for the WA Football Commission. In addition to his work in advertising, Fleming has also garnered accolades for his directorial achievements in short films, music videos and interactive experiences. Most recently, Fleming began development on the documentary series “Deighties: Dating in your Eighties” for ABC.
