Dear Storyteller releases Guide to Branded Entertainment free ebook

On the back of Mike Drysdale’s successful State of Social workshop last week (if the LinkedIn comments are anything to go by), Dear Storyteller has now released The Guide to Branded Entertainment.

 

Written by the agency’s GM, Mike Drysdale, and Senior Copywriter, Clare Reid; the ebook explores values-based, story-driven marketing.

“The majority of speakers at State of Social this year spoke about one form of branded entertainment or another; because it works,” says Drysdale. “People want to be entertained and see that we’re adding value to their lives.”

“And, when we honour that request,” adds Reid, “we’re saying to them that we value their time and attention. This is the first part of building the trust and intangible bias that brands are so desperately fighting over.”
