Carat appoints Digital Director Ashton Wills and elevates Kristy Kinzett to Group Digital Director

Carat Perth has hired Ashton Wills as Digital Director. Wills will enhance Carat’s on the ground digital offering in Perth and build the best in class digital skills and capability. Wills’s appointment will help drive adoption of dentsu’s proprietary technology and platforms through its media line of business.

Prior to joining Carat Wills was Programmatic Lead with Initiative for 2.5 years and before that spent 2 years with OMD commencing as Digital Executive and moving up to Digital Manager.

In a further announcement, Carat has promoted Kristy Kinzett to the role of Group Digital Director leading digital specialist capability on the ground in Perth and supported by Carat’s Centre of Excellence nationally.

Kinzett said: “The digital landscape is undergoing a momentous shift. I genuinely feel that the people and technology we have at our disposal puts us in the perfect position to help our clients navigate this and set themselves up for digital transformation and great business outcomes through media.”

Carat Perth has also moved in to a larger office space within its current building.
