BGC Home Magazine demonstrates the power of in-house magazines and brand connection

BGC Housing Group have launched their second edition of BGC Home Magazine. Created in partnership with Creative.adm, the 150+ page in-house print magazine is powerful marketing tool which is growing brand connection, integrating BGC Housing Group and its stakeholders, and bonding BGC’s home of style with its broader Western Australian audience.

 

The newest edition’s theme is sustainability. Through tips, features interviews, product insights and industry updates the magazine explores what is means to live sustainably, from a social, economic and environmental perspective.

BGC Home Magazine supports organisational goals in customer connection, brand awareness and sustainability. By creating opportunities for integrated and sharable curated content, the magazine comes alive each quarter across a number BGC’s digital platforms.

The magazine plays an important role in the company’s marketing strategy by creating an authentic and inspiring brand-building opportunity among employees, customers, partners, suppliers and the broader Western Australian community. It also creates expectational editorial opportunities for suppliers and partners to be featured amongst native content.

Executive General Manager of BGC Housing Group, Michael Bartier shared his excitement on furthering this initiative, following the success of the first edition.

“We have seen a great sense of pride when it comes to developing our second edition of BGC Home. The project has connected BGC Housing Group both internally and externally, it’s been super encouraging to see.”

“Our BGC Home Showroom stands were getting refilled daily with our first edition, so I’m looking forward to seeing the response on something the team have worked incredibly hard on.”

Creative.adm Director Marty Shearwood said this edition presented an opportunity to really explore sustainability on all ends, creating a beautiful 186-page magazine that stands the test of time.

“While its niche, we believe print is still truly alive and provides a unique way of creating longstanding connections for brands. This was a real passion project for the many parties involved, and it was enjoyable to be a part of.”

The magazine is a joint effort with commissioned writers, photographers, and hone in on local businesses. In addition to Creative.adm, Studio Cult (interior design), James Giddy (illustrations) and Dear Rabbit Studios (photography) were key to the project’s completion.

BGC Home Edition Two will be made available online, and distributed for free at the BGC Home Showroom in Osborne Park, and in BGC Housing Group display homes from Monday 26 July 2021.
