Meet your 2021 Ad Person of the Year finalists. This is the 34th year of this prestigious individual industry award and once again we have a shortlist of nine contenders for the award. The winner will be announced here on CBWA on tomorrow – 4:45pm.

Ad Person of the Year is awarded every year to the person judged to have had the most successful past 12 months. There is a call for nominations from the industry and from these nominations received Campaign Brief selects the shortlist and the eventual winner.

The award was first handed out in 1987 with Bruce Shorter (FCB Shorter) being the first recipient. We encourage more people to nominate worthy recipients next year.

This year’s finalists are (alphabetical order):

The winners of Agency of the Year, Advertiser of the Year, Ad Person of the Year, Challenger/Specialist Agency of the Year, Helen Filov Media Agency of the Year, Media Organisation of the Year and Supernova of the Year will be announced here on CBWA tomorrow afternoon April 22nd – between 4:30pm and 5pm.
